Gata Brass Band is an “explosive energetic cocktail” that draws you into the richest universe of funky rhythm and New Orlenas music mixed with Spanish music and latin rhythms, through the power of wind instruments, the genuine “beatbox” sounds and a beautiful female voice, with clear influences from rock, electronics and jazz improvisation.
The result is a visually powerful show created with the aim of interacting with the public, making them dance and making them active participants in the show.
A band from Almería formed of wind and percussion instruments inspired by the ‘brass bands’ of New Orleans guaranteed to pack the dance floor of any event and live it up.
Gata Brass Band brings together among its members several generations of highly trained musicians from the Almería ‘jazz’ scene and with a long career in performance and different professional musical projects.
